Davis Polk & Wardwell is advising SatixFy Communications Ltd., an Israel-founded maker of microchips for satellite communication systems, on its go-public merger with a NASDAQ-listed special purpose acquisition corporation.
Morrison & Foerster and Israeli firm Meitar Liquornik Geva Leshem Tal are representing the SPAC, Endurance Acquisition Corp., which is backed by New York-based private equity firm Antarctic Capital.
Israeli law firm Gross & Co. is also counseling SatixFy on the transaction, which values the combined company at around $813 million, according to a statement.
